As leaders of some of the country’s most powerful law firms and corporate legal departments, LCLD Members have significant influence within their organizations, networks, and communities.
The Leaders at the Front movement harnesses that influence by requiring a Member from each organization to create a personal, public action plan—a Leader’s Pledge—that articulates the specific actions they are taking to develop diverse talent and build more equitable and inclusive environments.
