Program Components.

  • In-Person

    Develop leadership skills and explore career development strategies.

    Includes panels and presentations, small-group breakouts, interactive workshops, and peer mentoring.

  • Virtual

    Gain access to action-oriented skill development and practical advice.

    These short, interactive e-modules enhance the Pathfinder curriculum.

  • In-Person and Virtual

    Focus on leadership, skill-development, and relationship building.

    Led by subject experts, these regionally based sessions cultivate discussion and strengthen collaboration among participants.

  • In-Person and Virtual

    Work collaboratively through e-learning assignments.

    These small, supportive groups meet regularly during the program year.

  • In-Person and Virtual

    Receive support from LCLD Alumni.

    Facilitators guide participants through the program and ensure the curriculum is workplace-relevant.

Welcome! LCLD’s Pathfinder Program was created in 2015 to fill gaps in learning and support for early-career attorneys, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, who have shown promising leadership potential.

Its unique curriculum has helped participants develop leadership skills, build professional relationships and networks, and form a successful career-development strategy.
