Celebrating the Most Active LCLD Members in 2023
LCLD is proud to announce the LCLD Member organizations who have been named Top Performers and/or Compass Award winners for 2023. This year, 135 Member organizations were named Top Performers, 107 were named Compass Award winners, and 77 earned both designations. We applaud these law firms and corporations for their continued commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.
The Top Performer award recognizes those organizations in the top 20% for participation in LCLD programs and activities.
The Compass Award recognizes individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:
- Member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD
- Nominate an LCLD Fellow
- Nominate an LCLD Pathfinder
- Participate in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program)
