Submit A Pledge

All Managing Partner and General Counsel Members of LCLD are required to submit a Leader’s Pledge as a condition of Membership. If you are new to LCLD, you can use the form below to submit your pledge; if you have an existing pledge that you would like to update, you can also submit a revised version below.

A few notes before you begin:

  • Once you submit your pledge, the LCLD team will review and then post on the LCLD site. You’ll receive an email including a link to the page once it’s live.
  • Every Leader’s Pledge should include commitments at the personal level—requiring the personal engagement of the leader who is making the pledge—and at the organizational level—impacting or requiring the engagement of the whole organization/department.
  • If the “Personal Commitment” and “Organizational Commitment” sections aren’t right for your pledge, you can create your own sections using the “Section Heading” and “Section Content” boxes below.
  • The separate “Metrics” section is optional, but remember that the most successful pledges have accountability measures built in.
