Program Components.

In-Person

Develop executive presence, emotional intelligence, and management skills.

Includes panels and presentations, small-group breakouts, individualized instruction and reflection, and networking opportunities.
In-person and Virtual

Learn from General Counsel and Managing Partners in a small-group setting.

A unique opportunity to connect with Managing Partners and General Counsel in a casual environment over lunch.

Interact with legal and business leaders of LCLD Member corporations in a small-group setting.

One- or two-day events that offer an insider’s look into a corporation’s business, legal department, and DEI efforts.

Focus on leadership, skill-development, and relationship building.

Led by subject experts, these regionally based sessions cultivate discussion and strengthen collaboration among participants.

Collaborate with a small peer group.

Assigned at the start of the program, AP groups offer peer support throughout the year.
