I, Kate Adams, personally commit to the following:

  • Increasing the number of leaders and managers from underrepresented communities, because differences in our backgrounds, our identities, and the way we think ultimately make our teams stronger and more innovative.
  • Embedding programs, processes, and resources that support employees and help current leaders identify and develop future leaders equitably, from new-hire orientation to talent planning and performance.
  • Contributing meaningfully to Apple’s effort to increase inclusion and representation, from hiring to development and engagement.
  • Building inclusion and diversity measures into our annual review process to create consistency in how we drive and track progress.
