New in 2023: Updated Compass Award Criteria

Launched in 2018, LCLD’s Compass Award recognizes the LCLD Member organizations that participate in all of LCLD’s programs and also have significant direct Member engagement over the course of a single calendar year.

Because LCLD is expanding its Member offerings in 2023, we have also expanded the criteria for the Compass Award:

• Member participation in one of the following:

1. 1. Annual Membership Meeting
   2. Leadership Summit
   3. Super Pledge Summit*
   4. Completion of the LCLD Pledge Tracker*

• Participation in the LCLD Fellows Program
• Participation in the LCLD Pathfinder Program
• Participation in an LCLD Pipeline Program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program)

*Denotes new activities in 2023
