Richmond Alumni, join us on Tuesday, May 21 at 2:00 PM at the McGuireWoods Richmond office for the DEI Legal Landscape and Liability Post-SFFA (Students for Fair Admissions) presentation. The topic will be navigating DEI initiatives in light of the recent SCOTUS decision.  This presentation will provide an overview of (1) the SFFA decision; (2) the focus of recent plaintiff attacks on DEI initiatives in their various forms; and (3) practical action steps for defensive alignment to the new litigation landscape. Following the presentation, we invite you to stay and mingle during our networking reception.
