LCLD Alumni | AI in Action: Navigating Legal Issues and Practical Governance
LCLD Alumni, join us on November 19th as we discuss practical AI use cases for legal teams and relevant legal and regulatory risks lawyers must understand when using these emerging technologies. This discussion will begin with an overview of common AI use cases, including uses cases specific to legal teams. After developing a common understanding of how generative AI is being used in law firms and across industries, we will then dive into the legal risks and considerations lawyers must be aware of related to this rapidly evolving technology.
The panel will delve into some of the specific risks and considerations related to contracting with third party generative AI vendors. Understanding the specific and nuanced risks associated with generative AI, particularly its dependence on huge amounts of data, is critical to protecting the interests of your firm or company. This program will benefit all lawyers across practice groups and legal settings as the diverse set of perspectives on the panel will provide attendees with a comprehensive view of risks and rewards related to generative AI.
This session is CLE approved for the following states, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, NJ, NY, PA, TN, and TX.
