GC Bootcamp | What GCs Should Know About Employment Law


The General Counsel has the unique role of being both the lead legal counselor and a key member of the executive business team. This session will address employment issues frequently faced by GCs and explore topics such as noncompete laws, internal investigations, separation agreements, employee monitoring and data collection, pay transparency and equity, classification of employees and independent contractors, leave laws, discrimination, and EEO issues. The presenters will cover the current state of the laws and policies and share practical guidance on how to comply efficiently and effectively.

This program is approved for CLE credits in NY and CA.
