GC Bootcamp | The Foundations of Real Estate

This GC Bootcamp session will provide GCs with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts in real estate law. By the end of the session, participants will have a solid foundation in real estate legal principles, enabling them to effectively navigate real estate transactions and address common legal issues they may encounter while serving internal clients. The session will cover the top five current real estate topics and risk-minimizing best practices that every GC should understand, integrating real-life examples along the way.

This session is CLE approved is pending in the following states: NY, PA, TX, FL, GA, KS, MA, CT,  WI, OH, and CO.
