GC Bootcamp | Mitigating Risk: Privacy & Data Breach

In the event of a privacy and data breach, organizations must work collaboratively across teams and levels to mitigate risk. This GC Bootcamp session will focus on developing a proactive privacy program that optimizes an organization’s existing culture and complies with global privacy laws and regulations. In addition to learning practical considerations for contracting, litigation risks, and reporting obligations, participants will discuss case examples that incorporate a variety of disciplines, data, and jurisdictions.

This session is CLE approved for the following states: CA, NY, and NJ. FL and CO are still pending.
