GC Bootcamp | Litigation First Steps

Did you become GC by way of a corporate practice? One in which you never or seldom litigated? This seminar is for you. This GC Bootcamp session will explore the role of the general counsel in managing litigation, establishing best practices to prevent litigation, assessing and mitigating risk, and preparing a game plan for when the company is inevitably sued.
