GC Bootcamp | Emerging Legal Topics: AI

Artificial intelligence tools have dramatically increased and improved in recent years, from ChatGPT to ClickUp to GitHub. Developing and implementing a policy and governance program for AI requires an understanding of specific use cases, inputs and outputs, processing, organizational impact, and applicable laws. This session will help GCs assess risks, benefits, and regulations related to AI.   

This program is approved for CLE credits in NY, CA, and TX. For all other jurisdictions, CLE accreditation is pending but not guaranteed. If A&O Shearman is unable to provide CLE for a specific state, A&O Shearman will provide a Universal Certificate of Attendance. Participants can use this certificate to apply for credit in other jurisdictions.
