Detroit Alumni | Community Service Event

Detroit Alumni, please join us in an enriching two-part event that underscores our commitment to giving back to the community while strengthening our expertise in the legal field—an expungement fair. Expungement has the transformative power to erase or seal legal records, offering individuals an invaluable second chance at life without the shadow of past convictions.

Part one of the event will be an hour-long online educational workshop on May 8th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. During this meeting, you will learn everything you need to know for volunteering at the expungement fair and assisting with the applicants.

Part two of the event will be volunteering on May 17 between 10:00am – 2:00pm at Southfield Deltas Expungement Fair where we will help individuals fill out their expungement applications for screened and eligible candidates using the information provided. You can sign up for a 2 hour shift or less as your schedule permits.
