2025 LCLD Alumni Coaching Circles Program

LCLD Alumni, we are excited to invite you to participate in the twelfth installment of the LCLD Alumni Coaching Circles Program (formerly known as the Advocacy Group Program). This program, which began in 2013, is a unique take on small group peer-to-peer coaching (12-15 LCLD Alumni) with two Group Leaders.

Each Coaching Circle schedules two 30-minute virtual meetings every month. On each call, the group confidentially discusses a topic or question chosen by a member of the group that relates to their career (e.g., How can I advance within my organization? How can I increase the size of my book of business? How can I better position myself to become an equity partner?) The group brainstorms and provides feedback and suggestions based on the group member's priorities and goals.

Registration for the 2025 Coaching Circles Program opens on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. The 2025 Coaching Circle groups will be announced in January 2025 and meetings will kick off in February.
