Kick-Off Workshop | Communicating for Success: Interpersonal Relationship Skills

Join your Pathfinder cohort and Katie Aldrich with Fringe to kick off your E-Modules. Being able to build relationships with your colleagues is a key professional skill for attorneys. Using the basics of neuroscience as our context, we will explore how stress and external pressures impact our ability to communicate effectively and how we can strengthen connection and collaboration with our colleagues. You will leave this program with several frameworks and tools that you can use to assess your own communication and relationship-building skills and to develop those skills for maximum impact.
