EQ Tools 3: Striking Balance

In this workshop led by Hassan Kamel, OKA, synthesizes the information from the first two webinars. By this point, participants have learned which EQ elements focus on themselves or others, and how to utilize them. However, learning when to use a tool is just as important as learning how to use a tool. In this webinar, OKA presents the tensions within the EQ-i 2.0 model (self vs. other, expression vs. containment, present vs. future) and how to navigate real-world tensions using EQ.
