Why I Find You Irritating: Navigating Generational Friction at Work: 

People are living longer, working longer, and changing jobs more frequently than any other time in our history. The workplace and the workforce are no longer what it was when our father’s father left the house each morning, worked hard each day, did what the company asked, and retired when it was time to do so. This nostalgic view of work was probably more romance than reality, but the image left a mark on the generation that followed. Events shape perceptions, perceptions become beliefs, and beliefs become the basis for our values. Welcome to the new world of work.

Strategic Career Management Post-Covid:

A global pandemic catalyzed an unprecedented era of job and career movement and a huge amount of introspection about what people wanted from, and for, their careers and lives.  But not everyone has landed where they want. The professionals who are most successful at achieving the work and life they want do so through intentionality and focus. That’s what this workshop will help you do. Over the course of the session, you’ll learn practical strategies and tools to help you plan for your ideal future and make progress towards long-term career goals in an effective, sustainable way.
